Hi everyone! Images Unveiled Photography has some huge news to announce! After a lot of careful thought and prayer, Gregg and I have decided to focus solely on wedding photography and we will be relocating our business to South Florida! We’ve decided to close the studio in Rochester and our new home will soon be in Miami. We plan to be in the Rochester/1000 Islands area each and every summer (June through August) for weddings and to visit family and friends.

The past couple of years have been an amazing journey as we have seen the studio grow thanks to all of our loyal supporters! We were so lucky to have met so many amazing people and we will always value the friendships that we have formed! This decision God has put on our heart for a while now and with lots of prayer we’ve recently had several doors open. As many know we’ve been working crazy countless hours to provide the best product and service possible to both our wedding clients and our clients in the studio. All of the time we have put into the studio side of our business over the past two years has made us realize how important it is to focus on our family, especially time away from Brooke. At this point in our lives we don’t feel any amount of money should take away time with our family. Our amazing soon to be 4 year old daughter Brooke has always loved the studio and getting her portrait taken, but she’s going to love hanging on the beach with her mommy a lot more!

The other positive news in all of this is that we are now focusing on growing our wedding business year round! It’s always been our first love and passion! With this new time we are going to be able to focus on improving and being the best possible wedding photographers, always striving to push creative boundaries and improve!! We will absolutely still be doing select portrait sessions in the greater Miami and also summer sessions in Rochester.

Thank you, thank you so much for your support and prayers! God knows we pray for all of our clients also! Please keep in touch and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!

With Love,

Mandy, Gregg and Brooke

Living in Pennsylvania Jess and Randy made the decision that they wanted to have their wedding in one of their favorite places (and mine!)…. gorgeous Ventosa Vineyards in the Finger Lakes! A destination wedding isn’t easy to plan on your own, but these two pulled off one of the most beautiful weddings we’ve been too! Meeting for the first time at their engagement shoot, I first got a taste of their personalities from our earlier phone conversations. However no one will ever know how much spice Jessica has until you meet her in person! She is fun and sassy while Randy compliments her perfect with his calm, cool demeanor. Another really awesome part of these two is their adorable fur-baby Brewski! She told me she brought him just so I could photograph him! HAHA! I love hearing that! …..and as a huge animal lover I of course wanted to take him home with me!

To Jessica & Randy: Thank you for choosing us to be there to celebrate your day! Everything was absolutely stunning and the day went off perfect!

Walking into this wedding I had never met either Megan or Adam so I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find these two were as sweet and loving as they look! Another thing about them, even when a potential disaster struck at their wedding they stayed relaxed and completely calm with each situation. The threat of rain all morning held off and they had a beautiful ceremony overlooking an amazing backdrop of sail boats along the lake. Later as they were getting lined up for introductions to be introduced as husband and wife at their reception we hear EEEH EEEH EEEH….the fire alarm is going off…..and there is a fire in the kitchen!!! Thinking about what I would have done…flipped out, but these two stayed calm and took full advantage of the new found time and greeted all of their guests outside. Many moments later everything was cleared and the party started and they now have one hilarious story to tell about their wedding day!!!

To Meghan and Adam….it was a true pleasure getting to know you and your beautiful son! You have an amazing family! You will have so many stories from your wedding that won’t involve fire, but rather the warm love that you have for each other!! You choose the perfect location that fit your personalities and character! Thank you again and I hope you had an amazing honeymoon!

This is day three of our blog week and I thought it would be fun to share a little on us! We are Mandy and Gregg a husband and wife team! Even though we are working crazy hours right now we still and will always feel we have the coolest job on the planet! One of my favorite aspects is being able to photograph a couple’s wedding…share those amazing memories and then see them back in a year(s) with a new addition to the family being a new baby or even a pet! We become lifetime photographers to these new families…how cool is that?!? Gregg’s favorite part is the food at weddings…haha! Just kidding….he is alongside me at weddings shooting and he also handles the front end of our portrait studio business. Most importantly he takes care of my crazy schedule with scheduling portrait sessions and weddings!

We post often (in the winter months) about Miami. It’s really our home away from home and our favorite place! We thank God everyday that we’ve been blessed with the resources to travel there throughout those cold New York months to document some beautiful weddings in sunny South Florida! Ahhhhh Sun! Miami is such a spicy city, full of culture, color and of course beaches!

Last time we were there we brought a tripod with us to the beach (as we needed new facebook profile pictures) and set up. Ummmm it’s really not as easy at it looks! Getting the camera set, pushing the button then flat out sprinting to get in a loving, cutie pose was a lot of work! HAHA! …but worth it! It was more for fun, but we actually got some cute photos!

One other thing that we are amazed by every time we go there are the peacocks!!! Peacocks roam around the Grove like they own the place ….kind of like deer in our neighborhood here in Rochester during the summer months.

Hope you enjoyed our little “about us” day on the blog!

HAHA! Of course Gregg had to get in one!! ;)

Mmmmmmm my new love…frozen lemonade!

Over a year ago we get a very excited email from Shari a potential wedding! She expressed how much she loved our work and wanted more than anything for us to capture her day! …..but the sad news came that we were booked for her wedding date. That didn’t stop her….her venue had ONE other date that summer open …and yes we were booked for that date as well. As a photographer, you want nothing more in the world for couples to love and appreciate your work, which Shari and Jared did! They ended up hiring another photographer. :( BUT Shari and I became quick Facebook friends and have kept in touch over the past year. ….and to my suprise and excitement I got a call “Mandy!! At our wedding we had a timing issue and didn’t get all the pictures we wanted….sooooooo we want to do a “Day-After-Session….plus its a great excuse to work with you ;)!!” YAY! We traveled to Fort Drum where we set up the shoot at this amazing mansion on the grounds of the military base ….and she pulled out all the stops! Dress, hair,make-up, tux, bouquet, and even an amazing classic Bentley as a added plus! We did battle some crazy bugs towards sunset, but this session is one that I will never forget!

Shari & Jared: Gregg and I left that night knowing that not only did we get adorable pictures, but we gained new friends! We loved every second we spent with you two and I CAN’T wait to be able to photograph any new additions to the family (when that times comes!)   ;)
