One of the most important parts for Emily & Kyle on their wedding day was the party….and they sure got one!! Over a year ago when I met with these two one of my first questions was “why in the world did you choose February?!?” ….and for all of you not familiar with Rochester winters, they go a little something like this…..snow….freezing cold…more snow….ice…even more snow…maybe even a blizzard…freezing cold and of course more snow! They came back with the best answer…”What else is going on in February?!? It’s a day that everyone will be looking forward too!” …and they were so right!!! With the help from one of our favorite DJ’s Steve Turner (from Turner Music Productions) it was a night that no one will forget! The ballroom at the Rochester Convention Center was gorgeous and it was a perfect location for one the biggest parties we’ve ever seen!
It was a perfect winter wonderland wedding from start to finish! They were extremely lucky with the weather getting ideal conditions. We even had a fresh dusting of snow from the night before which tipped the pine tree branches to give the most perfect backdrop!! Emily, Kyle and their friends were so much fun! This bridal party were all great sports and hysterical to spend the day with! The girls were in the cold with hidden boots and only their winter muffs to keep them warm! Oh speaking of muffs! …I think we heard the word from the guys about 4000 times! HAHA!
To Emily & Kyle: What a party! We won’t forget that night! Everyone had a blast and I know its exactly what you two were hoping for! Thank you so much for the laughs and good time throughout the day and for bearing with the cold so we could get the amazing wintery images!
